Llanberis Lake Railway - Wales

I had so much fun on board of this lovely steam train! 

This particular train was built in 1889 and its name is Elidir.

It was the perfect way to explore around Lake Padarn and see how amazing Snowdon Mountain is.

Our plan was actually to take the train up to Snowdon Mountain, but as it was fully booked due to Easter holidays we thought this would be a lovely alternative.

Llanberis is actually at the foot of Snowdon Mountain which is the highest mountain in Wales and England and attracts thousands of people every year to ascend to it's top either by foot, by train or bikes. 

Unfortunately, my pictures don't show fully how beautiful this is as it was very foggy, but I do hope you enjoy them.
