Oat, honey and orange cookies
Today, I have a diferent kind of post... I decided to share with you a very healthy cookie recipe I have done.
It is really easy e quick to do.
For the ingredients you will need:
- Grated Orange skin (the more, the better)
- Seeds (linseed and sunflower seed)
- Baking powder
. First of all, preheat your oven to 190C.
. Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl until they are combined.
. In a baking tray, scoop a spoon of the mixture and turn it into a ball and then press it with a fork into a thin cookie and repeat until you use all the mixture.
. Bake your cookies for 10 minutes and leave them to cool.
You can keep them in a tin ou container for up to a week.
Enjoy it with a cuppa!
