Hever Castle

Few months ago, I visited a lovely castle here in England called Hever Castle which was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn. The castle is located in the village of Hever in Kent and was built in the 13th century.

Who was Anne Boleyn???

Well, she was the most famous of Henry VIII’s six wives (yes, he had six!) and Queen of England for 3 years.

During my visit, I was amazed by it's gardens where you can have a lovely walk enjoying the sun and the lovely smell of the roses (They actually have more than 4000 rose bushes in their English Rose Garden, it's amazing!)

It is worth a visit!
